Important Information

Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital employees must have the current course materials to attend these courses. To pick up your course materials, please visit the education department between the hours of M-Th, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and Fridays 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM:

• ATTENTION: ACLS and PALS students, it is required that you complete your ACLS or PALS pre-course assessment prior to attending your course. You will need to bring a copy of your completed pre-course assessment. You must score a 70% or higher. The pre-course assessment can be taken as many times as needed. Provider cards will not be issued without a completed pre-course assessment.
• Cancellation of Course: If you are unable to attend your scheduled course date, you will need to request a cancellation via email, at least 3 days prior to your course date. Email: office@rchealthservices.com Methodist employees will be responsible for a No Show fee of $40.00 if they do not request cancellation prior to course date. Methodist Willowbrook will not reimburse "no show" fees.
