Jimmy is an awesome instructor. He's very knowledgeable and genuinely wants everyone not to just succeed in EMS but to love it. He also went out of his way to get our class more information about how to navigate the online program, which was a great help. Hopefully he can get some in-person classes going soon because that would be ideal.
