• ATTENTION: ACLS and PALS students, it is required that you complete your ACLS or PALS pre-course work, videos, and assessment prior to attending your course. You will need to bring a copy of your completed pre-course work certificate. You must score a 70% or higher. The pre-course work and assessment can be taken as many times as needed. Provider cards will not be issued without a completed pre-course work and assessment certificate.
• ACLS and PALS staff looking to renew their BLS card using the blended learning option, DO NOT need to register for a separate BLS Renewal/Skills session. Simply add BLS when registering for your ACLS/PALS course and you will take an additional skills test and written exam the day of your ACLS/PALS class. There is no online course when adding BLS on to ACLS or PALS.
• Cancellation of Course: If you are unable to attend your scheduled course date, you will need to request a cancellation via email, at least 3 days prior to your course date. Email: office@rchealthservices.com Methodist employees will be responsible for a No Show fee of $40.00 if they do not request cancellation prior to course date. Houston Methodist Hospital will not reimburse "no show" fees.
