Our Story
What began as a dream in the living room of a small home in Pearland, Texas, has grown into a nationwide institution. Built on passion, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, RC Health Services is the story of two people who dared to turn their vision into reality.
RC Health Services was founded by Robert and Hedy Chambers, a husband-and-wife team whose story exemplifies the American Dream. They started the company in their home in Pearland, Texas, with a singular vision: to create a training center that prioritized quality, ethical practices, and real-world preparation for students pursuing careers in healthcare.

About Our Founders
Robert Chambers grew up in Spring, Texas, where he graduated from Spring High School in 1993. From a young age, Robert demonstrated an extraordinary drive to excel in all aspects of life. His first career began in music, where he achieved remarkable success as a classical trumpeter. At just 18 years old, he won his first professional audition, becoming a member of the Lisbon Metropolitan Orchestra in Portugal. Over the years, he performed as a soloist with more than 30 orchestras around the world.
Robert’s deep connection to music continues to this day. He spent 10 years as the Principal Trumpet of the Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra and is now the Principal Solo Cornet of the Brass Band of Central Florida, where he is frequently featured as a soloist. He also performs at Disney’s EPCOT as part of the Candlelight Processional Orchestra.

Hedy’s story is one of resilience, determination, and excellence. Born in Oradea, Romania, she grew up as part of the Hungarian minority in a country undergoing political and social upheaval. Despite the challenges, Hedy excelled academically, earning an International Baccalaureate from St. Laszlo Gymnasium. After immigrating to the United States, she pursued higher education, earning an Associate of Arts degree from Lone Star Community College.
Hedy’s academic journey also included two years of medical school at Facultate de Medicina in Oradea, Romania. Her experience in medical education instilled a profound understanding of healthcare and a desire to improve access to life-saving training.
