All purchases made through RC Health Services, including but not limited to courses, training programs, certifications, educational materials, digital products, and merchandise, are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Failure to attend a scheduled course or event
- Scheduling conflicts
- Change of personal circumstances
- Failure to complete course requirements
- Dissatisfaction with course content or materials
- Technical issues not caused by RC Health Services
- Accidental purchases
RC Health Services reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion. Any exception granted does not establish a precedent and does not modify or waive any portion of this policy.
