Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Online offers the flexibility of digital learning, providing essential knowledge on pediatric first aid, CPR, and AED through the eLearning portion of the course. After completing the online portion, students are required to attend an in-person hands-on skills session, which is included at any RC Health Services location.
The course is designed for individuals with little or no medical training who need first aid and/or CPR certification for job or regulatory requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared to respond to emergencies involving children. Ideal for childcare workers, teachers, foster care workers, camp counselors, coaches, as well as parents, babysitters, and guardians.
This course offers two paths:
- Heartsaver: A shorter path with the flexibility to add optional topics.
- Heartsaver Total: A comprehensive path for those needing training to meet OSHA or other regulatory agency requirements.
