Heartsaver Basic – Online First Aid, CPR, and AED Training (Includes Hands-on Skills Session at RC Health Services)

The Heartsaver Basic course combines the convenience of online learning with essential in-person training. Students begin by completing the interactive online module, which covers key CPR, AED, and first aid concepts. The course then requires attendance at a hands-on skills session with an American Heart Association (AHA) instructor at any RC Health Services location. This blended format ensures a comprehensive learning experience, and successful participants receive a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Completion Card, valid for two years.

Hands-on Skills Session Included

The in-person skills session, included in the course price, is led by a certified AHA Heartsaver or BLS Instructor. This practical component is crucial for mastering life-saving techniques and ensures you are prepared to confidently use first aid, perform CPR, and operate an AED.
