The AHA\u2019s CPR & First Aid in Youth Sports Training Kit reflects the latest science in the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care, as well as the 2024 American Heart Association and American Red Cross Guidelines for First Aid. This kit teaches the lifesaving skill of CPR, how to use an AED, and basic first aid, including common injuries and incidents that may occur in youth sports settings. CPR & First Aid in Youth Sports is intended to be taught in one session for up to 20 learners at one time.
